Movement and fitness are interconnected yet distinct. Movement—big or small—forms the foundation of fitness, building strength and resilience. My remote healing sessions are gentle and supportive, focusing on what naturally arises. We clarify incoherence in the subtle bodies, often through the chakras, then bring fragmented energies into the present moment for integration and balance.
How do your healing sessions fit with other forms of healing?
The healing work I offer complements traditional methods like massage or talk therapy. It can enhance their benefits by addressing the energetic and subtle aspects of well-being, helping to bring balance and integration on multiple levels.

Self-care is woven into every session through mindfulness, intentional movement, and a focus on self-compassion. I also provide tools for self-care practices you can use outside of training to support your healing journey.
