I am walking this path too—illuminating that we are whole and remember the truth of it along the way. As a lifelong explorer of movement, energy, and self-awareness, I bring nearly 20 years of experience in health and fitness coaching and a decade of facilitating energy healing.

Fundamentally, I support my clients in two ways—physically and energetically. I like to think of these two pathways as big moves and subtle moves that feed into one another. Through embodied movement, subtle energy healing, and holistic integration, I guide others in reconnecting with their body and cultivating a lasting sense of wholeness.
