Hello, I’m Heather-Ann
Also known as @healingjoyco on Instagram, I am a trauma-informed wellness specialist with nearly 20 years of coaching experience and a decade of supporting others through facilitated healing. My work focuses on offering practical strategies to support your process in getting whole with yourself—fostering autonomy, accountability, and a deeper connection to life.
When I’m not supporting clients, I am doing the same for myself—learning through practice, relationship with the people I love, the forest and the many helping spirits that abound. I’m a lover of joy, the earth beneath my feet, and the wind in the trees.
