Trauma-Informed support for c-ptsd

Move Toward Wholeness

We all know that moving our body is good for us. Healing is movement too. It is alive, dynamic, and always in motion. When we see it this way, the process becomes a tangible flow inviting us back to ourselves.

Through subtle energy-focused practices, I guide you in gently releasing the effects of trauma so you can reintegrate your personal energy, fostering a deeper sense of balance,

Subtle Healing can

still involve a kettlebell

Healing is not passive and is not limited to quiet moments. It can be subtle and sweet, found in the rhythm of your breath and the flow of your mind. It can also be bold and powerful, expressed in the thrust of a kettlebell or the strength of your body in motion.

Healing embraces all aspects of growth. To reclaim the body is to fully inhabit it as it is. In this presence, you open a window to the soul, accessing the body's innate wisdom, strength, and resilience.

Hello, I’m Heather-Ann

She/Her

Also known as @healingjoyco on Instagram, I am a trauma-informed wellness specialist with nearly 20 years of coaching experience and a decade of facilitating healing. My work focuses on supporting adults with practical strategies to restore balance—inside and out.

When I’m not holding space during client sessions or deepening my personal practice, you’ll likely find me outside with my kids, my partner, and our dog. I’m a lover of joy, the earth beneath my feet, and the wind in the trees.

I would love to meet you and hear your story too!

“As the journey continues, I affirm: I am ready to begin. I am ready to learn.”
