The older I get the better I am at letting joy move me. I love sharing what I’ve learned. I enjoy moving in playful ways now more than ever before - because I am able to appreciate it. Push, pull, climb, roll, carry, balance, jump and run - it’s all yours for the taking. I’ll walk you through it step by step with corrective and biofield strategies to support you along the way.
