Healing Joy Co.
Awake to the power of Joy through embodied movement.
Practical Support for Complex Trauma Recovery
Take the first step—Explore the path that calls to you.
Healing is Movement
alive, dynamic, and always in motion
My body carries the stories of my life—each one alive in the way I move through the world. I can explore these deeper places through embodied movement—welcoming what is, reclaiming energy that has been waiting to return, and naturally weaving it back into the whole. This is the joy I invite you to awaken to—the quiet, intrinsic wisdom of remembering your Self.
How I can help
Subtle Healing can still
involve a kettlebell
Healing is not limited to still and quiet moments. It is a churning of life in and through you. It can be subtle and sweet, found in the rhythm of your breath and the stillness of your mind. It can also be bold and powerful, expressed in the thrust of a kettlebell and the synergy of your body in motion.
Healing embraces all aspects of growth. To reclaim your body is to fully embrace it as it is—unlocking its innate wisdom, strength, and resilience, awakening the path to your soul.
Hello, I’m Heather-Ann
She/Her
Also known as @healingjoyco on Instagram, I am a trauma-informed wellness specialist with nearly 20 years of coaching experience and a decade of supporting others through facilitated healing. My work focuses on offering practical strategies to support your natural process of healing and growth—fostering autonomy, accountability, and a deeper connection to your life. This is about stepping into your own strength and embracing what is possible.
When I’m not holding space during client sessions or deepening my personal practice, you’ll likely find me out in the forest with my kids and our dog or working the garden with my partner. I’m a lover of joy, the earth beneath my feet, and the wind in the trees.
I would love to meet you and hear your story too!
“As the journey continues, I affirm: I am ready to begin. I am ready to learn.”
