Energy Holds no space or time in the quantum field. When taking part in an online healing session we are working with the mental, emotional and physical body that can be accessed energetically from anywhere in the world. 

An online session includes preparation meditations/movement practices, distant healing and an integrative sharing to close the space together. During an online healing session I hold the frequency for the group as a collective, allowing your life force to move through your body, helping you release and let go of any stagnation in your being, through emotional/physical release. I also guide you individually during the session when needed.

Our online healing platform provides a beautiful opportunity to join at your own convenience from the comfort and security of your own home, from anywhere across the globe.

Important Information

• You must have a space where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the session.

• Access to a zoom account is ideal but not required for your session.

• Prior to your healing session you will be provided with the tools required to ensure you feel safe and can journey through your healing experience with ease.
