Modalities
As a former competitive bodybuilder turned Hatha yoga teacher, I’ve experienced firsthand the transformative power of sustainable natural movement. Over time, I’ve come to appreciate how it serves as the foundation for a balanced, resilient body and mind—so much so that it has become my go-to practice, enriching everything else I do.
My coaching incorporates functional fitness, strength training, yoga, and corrective exercise. My approach is designed to support your body, nurture your mind, and help you move through life with purpose and joy.
