The first step is to establish a safe and supportive environment, where you can begin to regain a sense of stability. I employ a range of tools, including breath-work, grounding exercises, and mindfulness techniques, to help you feel secure and empowered.

Stage 2: Process

Once a foundation of safety has been established, we move into the vital stage of emotional processing. Using the modalities of energy healing and guided imagery, we gently explore and release the patterns, blocks and strongholds limiting your recovery.

The final stage of our trauma-informed approach focuses on integration and the cultivation of resilience. Through personalized coaching, we empower our clients to develop healthy coping mechanisms, strengthen their inner resources, and embrace a renewed sense of purpose and well-being.

What does recovery from c-PTSD look like?

I know this burden.

From childhood, my body was not a safe place. I navigated the world through fear—fawning, freezing, fleeing, and fighting—until I was 30. Looking back, it’s haunting to realize how disconnected I was from my life, making each day, conversation, even something as simple as a walk feel paralysingly overwhelming. Everything triggered my belief that I wasn't safe. Now, after twenty years, I can say it’s a blessing that I’m alive and thriving.

I've learned to listen to my body’s gentle signals leading me to healing. I feel a deep connection with myself. I've embraced my true nature and am committed to here and now. This is simply what has happened when the noise and clutter were cleared away.
